►个人简介
邹孝强,江南大学开云Kaiyun副教授,硕士生导师,获粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专业工学博士学位,丹麦奥胡斯大学工程系及跨学科纳米科学中心(iNANO)博士后。长期从事油料油脂加工及其副产物综合利用、功能性脂质制造与营养、功能性食品配料与功能性食品开发等研究。在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Bioresource Technology等期刊发表学术论文40余篇,申请专利20余项。主持国家自然科学基金1项,江苏省自然科学基金1项,企业课题4项;参与863,国家重点研发项目2项;参编《功能性脂质》、《人乳脂及人乳替代脂》、《油脂化学》、《油料科学原理》等专著及教材;2012年获得由中国粮油学会及国际谷物协会联合颁发的青年科学家研究奖,2013年获得中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖,2014年获得中国粮油学会科学技术二等奖,2017年获中国专利优秀奖。
