王立,江南大学开云Kaiyun教授、博士生导师,现任江南大学产业技术研究院经理。
主要从事谷物功能成分及健康食品的相关研究开发工作,主持国家自然科学基金、科技支撑计划子课题项目、863项目等国家和省部级课题10项,以第一或通讯作者发表相关学术论文近100篇(其中SCI 30多篇),以第一发明人获国家发明专利授权8项,获省部级科技奖励6项,获国家、省部级教学成果奖励2项。
